Are you in need of some self care and connection?  Movement Garden Studio has made it a full year and we want to celebrate with YOU by offering a FREE self care workshop offered in studio or on Zoom. 


This event is for everyone, all ages, races, shapes, sizes and abilities, no experience needed.


Sunday March 7

2-3:30pm CST


In this fun restorative workshop we will learn:

  • slow, flowing, low impact movements
  • dancing to release tension and go with the flow. 
  • moving meditation to relax & revitalize  
  • cultivate ease, joy & flexibility
  • connect with self, nature, & others
  • mindset techniques to use in everyday life for self care, love & connection



Tea Time Circle to connect with each other, discuss mindset tips and to hold space with one another.  


Mindful Movement to connect with self (mind, body & spirit), and nature.  We will learn a restorative moving meditation, how to relax your mind, let go and just flow.  You will feel protected, lighter, invigorated and ready to take care of your beautiful self!


This is a FREE workshop, but registration is required


You will need:

  • Tea/coffee/beverage
  • Pillow or yoga mat for sitting (chairs available at studio)
  • Notebook & pen
  • an open mind
